- Septic, drainage & building verdicts per map unit. Plain-English reads on each soil on your lot, including the limitations a county sanitarian would flag.
- Water-table, flooding & ponding detail. Seasonal high water-table depth and surface-water risk for the lot, not the neighborhood.
- Printable PDF. A one-page summary you can hand a builder, realtor, or septic designer — and bring to the county.

Waitlist questions
Will I be charged $29 today?
No. There is nothing to buy — the report doesn’t exist yet. Joining the waitlist is a free email that says “I’d pay $29 for this if you build it.” If we ever build it, we’ll email you first and you can decide then.
Are you promising to build this?
No. This page is a demand test. If too few people join, we won’t build it, and your email simply tells us the idea didn’t clear the bar. We’ll never charge you for something we haven’t built.
What happens to my email address?
It stays in our inbox, used only to contact you about this report. No newsletter, no marketing list, no sale or sharing. Ask us to delete it any time by replying to any message.
Why email instead of a signup form?
Because a form implies a product pipeline behind it. An email is honest about what this is: a person on the other end counting raised hands.
